Request for Qualifications for a Co Developer for an Affordable Assisted Living Facility

The Housing Authority of the City of Lakeland, Florida (also known as the “Lakeland Housing Authority” or “LHA”) is inviting proposals from Co-Developers with extensive experience in developing and operating affordable Assisted Living Facilities. The proposed project will be located on a 10.56 acre site on West 10th Street, in Lakeland, Florida.

LHA intends that after completion of construction, the Co-Developer will serve as property manager for the new development for a period of up to three years. After this term, the Co- Developer will turn the management of the property over to the LHA or its designee. The complete Request for Qualifications (RFQ) may be obtained by emailing a request to Procurement@LakelandHousing.org.

Responses must be submitted by 2:00 p.m., Eastern Time, on March 19, 2015.

Minority Business Enterprises, Woman Business Enterprises, Small Disadvantaged Business Enterprises, and Section 3 business concerns are encouraged to respond to this RFQ.
