Scope and Instructions
The Housing Authority of the City of Lakeland will accept proposals from qualified firms with, at least, five years’ experience in providing Resident Leadership Training Services for approximately 10 resident leaders.
Responses must be submitted by 12:00 Noon, Eastern Time, on July 27, 2015. The Request for Proposals for this project may be obtained by emailing a request to Procurement@LakelandHousing.org.
Minority Business Enterprises, Woman Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises, and Section 3 qualified entities are encouraged to respond to this Request for Proposals.
