Scope and Instructions

The Housing Authority of the City of Lakeland will accept proposals from qualified financial institutions with, at least, five years’ experience in providing Banking Services.

The award will be for a base period of one year with an option to extend the services for four additional one-year periods. Responses must be submitted by 4:00 p.m., Eastern Time, on September 10, 2018. A copy of the complete Request for Proposals may be obtained by emailing a request to Procurement@LakelandHousing.org.

Minority Business Enterprises, Woman Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises, and Section 3 qualified entities are encouraged to respond to this RFP.
