Scope and Instructions

The Housing Authority of the City of Lakeland will accept proposals from qualified firms with, at least, five years’ experience in providing Audit and Financial Services.  The award will be for a base period of one year with an option to extend the services for four additional one-year periods.

Proposals must be submitted by 10:00 a.m., Eastern Time, on November 05, 2015.  The complete Request for Proposals may be obtained by emailing a request to Procurement@LakelandHousing.org.

Minority Business Enterprises, Women Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises, and Section 3 qualified entities are encouraged to respond to this RFP.
