Request for Proposals for Cultural Resources Assessment Survey

The Housing Authority of the City of Lakeland will accept proposals from qualified firms with, at least, five years’ experience in providing Cultural Resources Assessment Survey per provisions of Chapter 1A-46, Florida Administrative Code. The successful Respondent will be responsible for conducting a Cultural Resources Assessment Survey for a vacant 10.56-acre residential parcel that LHA owns in Lakeland, Polk County, Florida along the south side of Tenth Street West.

Responses must be submitted by 4:00 PM, Eastern Time, on December 30, 2020. The Request for Proposals for this project may be obtained by emailing a request to Procurement@ LakelandHousing.org

Minority Business Enterprises, Woman Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises, and Section 3 qualified entities are encouraged to respond to this Request for Proposals.
