Scope and Instructions

The Lakeland Polk Housing Corporation (also known as “LPHC”) is inviting interested parties with extensive experience in the fields of financial management, mortgage lending, urban and/or community redevelopment to submit statements of qualifications for a vast array of comprehensive services related to the creation of community development financial institution that will assist with the investment and/or redevelopment of a various properties owned and/or controlled by LPHC and/or its partners. The successful respondent must demonstrate the ability and experience to for creation of a community development financial institution that will create and implementing dependent revenue streams for the LPHC and its partners.

It is the intent of the LPHC that the Community Development Financial InstitutionTechnical Advisor will work with the LPHC to develop a business plan, submit an application for certification and otherwise assist with the successful creation and development of community development financial institution that will provide for the long-term benefit of the LPHC, its clientele and local partners.
