Housing Quality Standards Hqs Inspection Services

The Housing Authority of the City of Lakeland (“Lakeland Housing Authority” or “LHA”) is requesting  proposals from qualified professionals to provide annual inspections of approximately 300 Housing  Choice Voucher (“HCV”) participant units. Inspections must be conducted utilizing the HQS process and forms for the HCV Units. Responses must be submitted by 10:00 a.m., Eastern Time, on March 26, 2014. The Request for Proposal may be obtained by emailing your request to Procurement@LakelandHousing.org.

Minority Business Enterprises, Woman Business Enterprises, and Section 3 entities are
encouraged to respond to this RFP.
