Request for Proposals for Pest Control Services at Various Properties

The Housing Authority of the City of Lakeland (also known as the Lakeland Housing Authority or LHA) acting for itself and for its affiliate, West Lake Management, LLC, is requesting proposals from licensed and qualified vendors for Pest Control Services at Various Properties located in and around Lakeland, Florida.  The awarded contract will be for a base period of one (1) year with an option to extend for up to an additional four one-year periods.

LHA reserves the right to award multiple contracts resulting from this Request for Proposal.  Responses must be submitted by 10:00 a.m., Eastern Time, on June 21, 2016.  The appropriate forms may be obtained by emailing a request to Procurement@LakelandHousing.org.

Minority and Female Business Enterprises and Section 3 firms are encouraged to respond to this RFP.
