Public Notice Request for Proposals for Development Consultant Services Rfp 25001 Addendum 1 Issued February 28 2025 Extension to Submitted Proposals

(Due to the Exhibits not being part of the original RFP we are extending the submittal deadline to allow additional time)

The Housing Authority of the City of Lakeland will accept proposals from qualified firms with, at least, five years’ experience in providing Development Consultant Services. The complete Request for Proposals (RFP) may be obtained by emailing a request to Leyer@lakelandhousing.org . Responses must be submitted by 2:00 p.m., Eastern Time, on Thursday, March 13, 2025.
