Key updates address federal housing requirements, inspection standards, Moving to Work activities, resident protections, accessibility, language assistance and financial oversight.
If approved under Resolution No. 26-1575, the agency will implement the updates through written procedures, staff training, system testing, file monitoring and regular reporting to leadership and the Board. The changes are designed to strengthen resident services, protect public resources and ensure that agency practices are consistent, transparent and supported by auditable records.
